What should I do to prepare for my home cleaning?
Spotless Cleaning Service appreciates if the customer provides the cleaning team with a clutter-free and smoke-free environment. If that environment does not exist, the team may not be able to fully complete your cleaning.
What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
If you're ever not completely satisfied with any area we have cleaned, we'll return the next day to re-clean the area at no charge.
Who will be cleaning my home?
A team of two or more professional house cleaners who are trained and employed by Spotless Cleaning Services will clean your home. Spotless Cleaning Service is fully insured, licensed, and bonded for your protection while we visit your home or business. All employees of Spotless Cleaning Service are professionals and fully uniformed. Our professional house cleaners will not eat, drink, smoke, or operate any appliance while inside your home.
Do I need to provide house cleaning equipment and products?
We provide all cleaning equipment and products. If you have a special cleaning product that you would like for us to use, please be sure to discuss this with our in-home consultant during your in-home consultation so that they can properly instruct the team.
How much will it cost to clean my home?
Every home is different based on many factors including, pets, clutter, floor types, as well as the number of people living in the home. Spotless Cleaning Service requires that each new customer receives an initial "Deep Cleaning" of their home before starting maintenance cleaning. Will you come on the same day and at the same time for each cleaning?
While we can commit to a specific day, there are many factors throughout the day that may affect our actual arrival time. If you desire an estimated time of arrival on the day of your cleaning, please call us and we'll be glad to try to accommodate your request.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Definitely not. As a matter of fact, most of our customers prefer not to be home when we clean. If you prefer to be home that is fine too. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied and offer an easy process for the cleaning of your home.
What should I do with my pets during the cleaning?
Spotless Cleaning Service is pet-friendly. If you have pets, we ask that you prevent them from entering our clean areas. Our professionals are not permitted to clean flea-infested homes or pick up animal excrement for sanitary and safety reasons.
How do I pay for my cleaning?
Payment is due the day of each scheduled visit. Most of our customers simply leave a check on the kitchen counter or pay online by credit/debit by visiting the client portal. Please keep in mind that we charge a fee to process a debit/credit card. Please contact our office for more details.
Do you offer moving services?
We only offer move-in and move-out cleaning services at this time, but we can recommend a moving company that we have hired for business and personal use. We always recommend hiring a licensed mover for your protection and a stress-free move.
