  • We confirm all appointments.
  • We will charge a Lock Out Fee $35 if the cleaning crew is unable to access your home after your cleaning is confirmed. 
  • We ask that you please have loose clothing, toys, etc. picked up prior to team members arriving to clean your home.
  • We accept all major credit/debit cards, or you can leave a check for each visit on kitchen counter.
  • We charge a processing fee of 4% for all credit/debit cards:
  • Accounts 30 days past due are subject to a $15 late fee charge and/or service interruption.
