Why Utilize Microfiber cloths & Hepa Filter Vacuums?
Microfiber consists of very fine threads of polyester and polyamide (nylon) that combine to form a single thread. Microfibers are so thin (100 times thinner than a single strand of human hair) that when they are woven together they create a surface area 40 times more than that of a regular fiber – creating an expanded surface area with dramatically enhanced absorbing power due to the capillary action of the fine threads. Microfiber is traditionally defined as a fiber with a denier of less than one. Denier is a measure of thinness of fiber and is the weight in grams of a continuous fiber of 9,000 meters.

HEPA filter vacuums can remove at least 99.97% of airborn particles 0.3 micrometers in diameter. Particles of this size are the most difficult to filter and are thus considered the most penetrating particle size (MPPS). Particles that are larger or smaller are filtered with even higher efficiency.

Spotless Cleaning Service appreciates it if the customer provides the cleaning team with a clutter-free environment. If that environment does not exist, the team may not be able to fully complete your clean.

What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
If you’re ever not completely satisfied with any area we have cleaned, we’ll return the next day and re-clean the area at no charge!

Who will be cleaning my home?
A team of two or more professional house cleaners that are trained and employed by Spotless Cleaning Service, will clean your home. Spotless Cleaning Service is fully insured, licensed and bonded for your protection while we visit your home or business. All employees of Spotless Cleaning Service are professionals and fully uniformed. Our professional housecleaners will not eat, drink, smoke or operate any appliances while inside your home.

Do I need to provide house cleaning equipment and products?
We provide all cleaning equipment and products. If you have a special cleaning product that you would like for us to use, please be sure to discuss this with our in-home consultant during your in-home consultation so that they can properly instruct their team.

Will it cost the same each time you come to my house?
Spotless Cleaning Service Ultimate-Clean System starts with two initial visits. The initial visit gets your home detail cleaned by cleaning areas other companies often neglect. Because these two cleans take additional time we typically charge an additional fee. Once your initial visits are complete we will begin our Scheduled-Clean System therefore saving cost to clean your home.

Will you come on the same day and at the same time for each clean?
While we can commit to a specific day, there are many factors throughout the day that may affect our actual arrival time. If you desire an estimated time of arrival on the day of your clean, please call us, and we’ll be glad to accommodate your request.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Definitely not. As a matter of fact, most of our customers prefer not to be home when we clean. If you prefer to be home that is fine too. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied and offer an easy process for the cleaning of your home. Our record is Spotless when it comes to trust and we are fully bonded and insured to protect you.

What should I do with my pets during the cleaning?
If you have pets, we ask that you prevent them from entering the areas that we clean. For sanitary and safety reasons our professionals are not permitted to clean flea infested homes or pick up animal excrement.

How do I pay for my home cleaning?
Payment is due the day of each scheduled visit. Most of our customers simply leave a check on the kitchen counter or pay by major credit card. Please contact our office for more details.
